6 tbsp. oil

1 egg

2 fresh eggs
1 cup soy milk
½ cup palm oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
Flour and Butter to prepare the pan
Techniques:
Heat up oven to 350°F
Put the flour and butter at the bottom of the pan. Put the paper on the pan and again put some butter and flour on the paper.
In a big bowl, combine whole wheat flour, washed sugar, unsweetened cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and iodized salt together.
Use hand mixer to Beat eggs, soy milk, oil and vanilla.
Add the hot water to the liquid ingredients slowly and mix.
Now, mix the liquid and the dry ingredients.Fold the mixture and stir it becomes smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Use a toothpick on the cake and test if the cake is done.
Let the cake cool for 5-15 minutes.
Now, put the cake to a wire rack from the pan and let the cake cool down.
You can put some frost on the cake.
Why to: (use a parchment paper) to prevent the cake from sticking to the pan.
(Insert a toothpick to the center of the cake) if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
